15-Day Service Warranty
- What’s Covered:
We offer a 15-day service-covered warranty starting from the date of purchase. During this period, if any issues arise with the machine, we will provide the necessary service or repair free of charge. - Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover:- Damage caused by improper use, mishandling, or negligence.
- Issues arising from unauthorized repairs or modifications.
- Regular wear and tear or consumables (e.g., gaskets, seals).
Pre-Purchase Machine Demo
We want you to buy with confidence! Before completing your purchase, we will demonstrate the machine in running condition to ensure it operates smoothly and has no faults. This hands-on inspection gives you the peace of mind that the machine is fully functional at the time of purchase.
No Return or Replacement Policy
Please note, all sales are final.
- We do not offer returns or replacements on purchased machines.
- Once a machine is sold, its ownership is transferred entirely to the buyer.
Post-Warranty Service & Maintenance
After the 15-day warranty period, any required service, maintenance, or repair costs will be the buyer’s responsibility. We recommend regular upkeep of the machine to ensure its longevity and optimal performance.
